If your account is suspended, you will be notified by email. You will have the opportunity to respond to the suspension notice within 7 days. If the matter is resolved in your favour, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds will be returned. If the suspension is upheld, any real-money balance remaining in your account after deducting bonus-related funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may also close your 8e88 account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Any real-money balance in your account at the time of closure will be processed as a standard withdrawal to your registered payment method.
